HMGB1在肺部炎症反应性疾病中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group protein box 1,HMGB1)是一种核蛋白,具有高度保守的特性,存在于真核细胞内,是高迁移率族(high mobility group,HMG)重要成员之一。同时HMGB1也是一种较为重要的炎症反应介质,在许多炎症反应性疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就近年对HMGB1与肺部炎症反应性疾病的研究作一综述。
