生防芽孢杆菌的研究进展

Research Progress in Biocontrol of Bacillus spp.

利用芽孢杆菌防治植物病害是生物防治的一个重要内容。生防芽孢杆菌种类多,作用范围广,生防芽孢杆菌类微生物制剂能够有效控制植物病害,因此,生防芽孢杆菌在现代农业中有广阔的应用前景。本文就针对生防芽孢杆菌种类及其生防作用机制、国内外生防芽孢杆菌微生物制剂化研究现状及其在应用中存在的问题及对策分析展开简要论述。

Using Bacillus spp. to control plant disease is one of the main strategies in biological control. Biocontrol Bacillus spp. not only have species diversity, but also have broad spectrum activity a gainst many pathogens. The microbial biocontrol agent Bacillus spp. can effectively control plant disease, so it will have vast prospect of application in modern agriculture. This paper briefly reviewed the diversity and the biocontrol mechanism of biocontrol Bicillus spp., introduced its research progress at home and abroad,analyzed the problems in use and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
