防治黄瓜霜霉病有效药剂筛选及药效评价 被引量:5

摘要 为了给生产上防治黄瓜霜霉病提供参考,采用室内毒力测定和田间药效试验相结合的方法,研究了当前生产上使用的主要杀菌剂对黄瓜霜霉病的毒力和药效。结果表明:25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂、50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂、10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、70%丙森锌可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对黄瓜霜霉病都有较好的抑制作用和一定的防效,其中50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂和25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂对黄瓜霜霉病菌的毒力最强,田间药效最好,其次是75%百菌清可湿性粉剂和10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂。 In order to provide reference for controlling cucumber downy mildew, a combined method of the toxicity measurement in lab and efficacy evaluation of pesticide in field was applied to study the virulence and potency of fungicide on the production to disease the cucumber downy mildew. The results showed that all of the 25% azoxystrobin SC, 50% dimethomorph WP,10% polyoxin WP,75%chlorothalonil WP, 70%propineb WP, and 80%Mancozeb WP had good inhibition and control effect. Among the fungicide used in the test, the effect of 50%dimethomorph WP and 25% Azoxystrobin SC was the best, followed by 75% chlorothalonil WP and 10%polyoxin WP.
