摘要
以雪松为试验材料,采用固相微萃取法和菌类恒温培养法研究雪松的主要挥发性物质以及其抑菌效果。结果表明,雪松的挥发性物质主要包括萜烯类、醇类、酯类、醛类等,且因月份不同挥发性物质的组成呈现出不同的规律,雪松对细菌的抑制效果最强,平均抑制率为70%以上,对放线菌的抑制效果次之,平均抑制率为29%,雪松挥发性物质对真菌没有抑制效果反而有一定程度的促进作用,平均促进率为37%,蒎烯是雪松影响菌类生长的最主要活性成分。
In this paper, take cedar as experimental materials,using solid-phase microextraction(SPME) and fungi thermostatic culture volatile substances of the cedar and its antibacterial effect. The results showed that the cedar of volatile compounds including terpenes, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, etc. and for showing a different rules in different volatile substances, cedar of bacteria had the strongest inhibitory effect, the average inhibition rate for more than 70%, on the inhibitory effect of actinomycetes times, the average inhibition rate was 29%, cedar volatile substances of fungi did not inhibit effect but there was a certain degree of role in promoting,the average growth rate of 37%, pinene was cedar influence fungus growth the main active ingredient.
