摘要
文章通过对日本TDK株式会社从1996至2014年在中国申请专利的趋势和新产品发布的情况进行对比分析,得出了其在华进行专利保护和运营的策略,在此基础上,对国内陶瓷企业的专利运营提出了建议,为我国陶瓷行业的专利战略制定和运用提供了思路。
This paper analyzes the trend and new product release of TDK Corporation in Japan from 1996 to 2014,draws a strategy of patent protection and operation in China. On the basis of this ,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the development and application of the patent strategy of domestic ceramic enterprises.
