随着我国建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,承包商的利益水平越来越低,要想减少亏损的风险,必须重视施工阶段的施工索赔。文章主要站在承包人的角度上,通过认识索赔的实质与现状,探讨索赔的方法和技巧,分析成功的索赔案例等,说明索赔的重要性。文中提出的观点对承包商在履约过程中,如何降低风险,赢得利益,非常必要。

Contractors＇ profit is shrinking due to the increasingly pierce competition in building market.Besides the tight managements and controls on construction,the measures to minimize the risks of loss should also be taken to focus on the claims of construction projects.From the point of contractors＇ view,this paper explored the methods and techniques of how to have compensation through understanding the claims＇ substances and realities,and illustrated the importance of claims through the analyses of successful cases.The points made in this paper were worth learning to reduce risks and gain interests.
