摘要
介绍了某大桥的修建背景和基本资料,概述了高墩翻模法施工的模板设计尺寸和基本性能及计算荷载,计算并验算了面板的强度和刚度,并采用Midas软件对模板背楞的整体应力和刚度进行了检算。结果表明,在水泥混凝土浇筑速度为2.0 m/h以下时,模板的强度和刚度满足规范要求,研究结果对同类工程中的高墩翻模法施工和设计具有借鉴意义。
Firstly, the construction background and basic information of the bridge wereintroduced, and then the size and property, as well as the loads, of the designed framework used with turning over mold method in high pier bridge construction were elaborated.After that, the strength and stiffness of framework plate was analyzed, and the dorsal bar strength and stiffness were also analyzed with MIDAS software.The results showed that as the concrete pouring speed is controlled under 2.0 m/h,the strength and stiffness of the framework are satisfied with the design specifications.The results of this paper was quite useful for framework design and construction with turning over mold method in other similar engineering cases.
