A new type of intelligent electric actuator is described in this paper. The intelligent electric actuator is based on CMC chip which was developed by domestic independent. This paper introduces the working principle, main structure and main function of the intelligent electric actuator. The function and development process of CMC chip are also introduced in this paper.
