安防用CMOS图像传感器片上图像信号处理电路综述

摘要 图像信号处理技术的研究和应用在安防领域具有特殊的重要意义。介绍了一系列用于安防系统CMOS图像传感器片上图像信号处理电路的原理和算法。具体包括黑电平校正、镜头阴影校正、插值降噪、色彩校正、伽玛校正、自动白平衡、自动曝光、自动聚焦、YUV空间转换(RGB2YUV),以及背光补偿等模块处理电路等。 The principles and algorithms of a series of image signal processing(ISP)circuit used in safety surveillance system are introduced.Black level correction,lens shading correction,color interpolation and noise reduction,color correction,Gamma correction,auto white balance,auto exposure,auto focus,RGB2 YUV and black level compensation are included.
