线阵多传感器光轴平行度检校系统研究

摘要 多传感器光轴平行度检校是保证线阵主被动成像载荷高精度获取地物多源数据的重要环节。设计了一种适用于该类型载荷的光轴平行度检校系统。该系统基于大口径平行光管结合辅助激光光源的方法,利用图像采集系统获得光斑中心以实现多元线阵激光收发光轴对准;同时,使用可见光线光源引出激光光轴,最终完成线阵可见光光轴与激光光轴之间的平行度检校。该系统能够实现多线阵传感器的主动探测收发光轴及主被动光轴的平行度检校,具有良好的通用性和可扩展性。 Multi-sensor optical axes parallel calibration is the important link to guarantee high-precision multi-source data acquisition of linear array of active and passive imaging sensors.In this paper,presented is a suitable axis parallel calibration system for this type of load.Based on large-diameter collimator combined with assisted laser light source,this system uses image acquisition system to obtain the spot center so as to mach the multi-linear array laser receive and transmit optical axes.At the same time,linear visible light sources are used to extract the optical axis of the laser.Then the parallelism calibration between the linear visible optical axis and the laser optical axis can be finalized.The system enables the parallelism calibrations of the optical axes of multi-line sensors including receiving and transmitting optical axes of both active detectors and active/passive detector,presenting good versatility and scalability.
