摘要
本文以双取代苯(邻、间、对二甲苯)和α-烯烃(C20-24)为原料,在离子液体催化作用下进行Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,再经磺化反应及中和反应等步骤,最终合成了系列烷基二甲苯磺酸盐表面活性剂。利用红外光谱对中间体及磺酸盐进行表征。并对磺酸盐进行界面性能的测定。随着表面活性剂浓度的增大,3种磺酸盐表面活性剂的界面张力随浓度的增大先减小后增大,界面张力值均能达到10-2-10-3m N·m^-1数量级。
With dimethylbenzenes(o-,m-,p-xylene,)and α-olefin(C20-24)as raw material, by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction using ionic liquid as catalyst,sulfonation reaction and neutralization reaction, finally they synthesized series of alkyl dimethylphenyl sulfonate surfactants. The structures of alkyl dimethylbenzenes and sul-fonates were proved to be correct by FT-IR. The interfacial behavior of alkyl dimethylphenyl sulfonate surfactants were measured. The results showed that all the interfacial tension between the kinds of alkyl dimethylphenyl sulfonate and the crude oil of 2nd plant of Daqing oilfield could reach ultra-low interfacial tension(10-2-10-3m N·m^-1), and with the increasing of the concentration of surfactants, the interfacial tensions first increased and then decreased.
