摘要
以设计的反共振振动输送机为研究对象,在建立振动输送机动力学模型的基础上,针对振幅不稳定性问题,分析了两质体的幅频响应问题,基于无量纲处理的振幅表达式,对振动系统的动力学参数进行了分析,讨论了各动力参数对反共振振动输送机工作性能的影响,优化分析了阻尼比发生变化时两质体的振幅响应情况,有效地提高了反共振振动输送机两质体的振幅稳定性。
Considering the anti-resonance vibrating conveyor as a subject investigated, based on the establishment of dynamic model of vibrating conveyor, along with the problem of unstable amplitude,amplitude-frequency response problems were analyzed. Dynamic parameters of the vibrational system were also analyzed on the basis of amplitude expression with dimensionless. Performance of the anti-resonance vibration conveyor influenced by dynamic parameters was discussed and situation of amplitude response when the damping ratio was changing was analyzed and optimized. It improves the stability of amplitude of two plastid in the anti-resonance vibrating conveyor effectively.
