逆止器试验台连接轴的设计

Design Connecting Shaft of Backstop Experiment Rig

逆止器出厂时要求对其进行温升检验,根据试验要求建立了逆止器温升试验台,该试验台中采用了细长轴结构,需对其进行强度校核以及刚度校核。根据静力学原理计算了该细长轴的强度和刚度,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行仿真分析,并将仿真结果与计算结果对比分析,两者结果基本一致,从而验证了该细长轴满足设计要求。

Temperature experiment for backstop was required,temperature rise bed for back stop was established according to the experiment requirements in this paper, the slender shaft was used in this test bed, strength check and rigidity check were required for the slender shaft. Strength and rigidity of slender shaft were calculated, and then this shaft was simulated using ANSYS, the simulation result was compared with calculation result, two results were basically the same, it was verified that the slender shaft meet requirements.
