摘要
对6 m级地铁盾构后配套系统的主要结构设备:桥、台车、管片吊机、管片输送机、带式输送机和其他附属设备进行了研究,分析了施工因素对后配套结构设计的影响,给出了后配套系统设备的常用布置方式。总结了海外项目后配套系统的一些特点。
Studied the backup system of 6 m earth pressure balance shield machine including equipment bridge, back up gantry, segment crane, segment feeder, belt conveyer and other relative equipment. Analyzed the influence of backup system structural design by the construction factors,discussed the usual placement of the backup system equipment,summarized the basic characteristic of backup system in overseas projects.
