摘要
在数控精加工中,选取合适的刀具,可以使数控精加工以最短的加工时间达到最佳的加工质量,从而提高加工效率。为了保证加工精度,特别是在精加工编程中,编程者往往保守地选用较小直径尺寸的刀具,增大了精加工的时间,降低了生产率。研究数控精加工中智能选取最佳加工刀具,是实现高速、高精、高效的数控加工的关键。
In the numerical control precision machining, select the appropriate tool, will enable the numerical control finish machining to the shortest processing time to achieve the best processing quality, so as to improve the processing efficiency. In order to guarantee the machining accuracy,especially in the precision machining programming, the programmer often chooses the smaller diameter size cutter, increases the finishing time and reduces the production rate.. The research on intelligent selecting the best machining tool in numerical control machining is the key to realize the numerical control machining with high speed, high precision and high efficiency.
