摘要
详述了负载敏感液压系统的工作原理及结构,对负载敏感变量泵进行建模。运用AMESim软件验证负载敏感变量泵模型的正确性并对液压系统进行仿真分析。通过对不同阀芯直径、不同弹簧刚度的仿真结果,得出泵流量曲线,分析得出弹簧刚度大时,系统的响应时间慢,但是系统的稳态误差小。随着阀芯直径的增加,系统的响应时间减小,稳态误差变大。
The structure and working principle of hydraulic steering system with load-sensing is detailed and the hydraulic variable pump simulation model is analyzed by AMESim. Through AMESim software to verify the correctness and load-sensing variable displacement pump hydraulic system model simulation analysis. Through the different spool diameters, different valve opening degree simulation results obtained pump displacement curve analysis reveals that the response time of the spring stiffness is large, the system short but steady-state error is large, with the spool diameter increases, the response time of the system is increased, the steady-state error becomes large.
