摘要 对煤矿钻机用联动系统及其动态特性进行了研究。为了提高现有煤矿用钻机的自动化程度,根据现有钻机的操作流程,总结出钻机执行元件联动控制的逻辑关系,并设计了钻机联动液压系统,分析了联动系统对钻机关键元件的性能要求及影响联动系统稳定性的因素。以某型钻机为例,运用仿真软件AMESIM对该联动系统各状态进行了仿真验证,通过实验室及现场实验证明:样机工作稳定、各执行元件动作灵敏可靠,验证了钻机联动控制模型及系统的正确性。 Dynamic characteristics simulation and experiment study about collaboration system of coal mine drilling rig were presented in this paper,according to the operation process of the existing coal mine drilling rig, the collaboration control logical relationship of the rig executive element were summed up. The drilling collaboration theory of the rig actuator were established, and the collaboration hydraulic system were designed according to the model, factors affecting the stability of the system were put forward. By taking some type of drilling rig as an example, the simulation verification was conducted for the system by using the simulation software AMESIM. The verification results both in the laboratory and at the site showed that the prototype can work stably and each of the executive element can act sensitively and reliably; this provided the correctness of the drilling collaboration theory and the collaboration system.
