摘要
以50 t矿用大容量箕斗为研究对象,针对其在长时间使用过程中寿命短、安全性低、维护成本高等问题,进行了结构设计与分析;完成了箕斗斗箱、加固装置、底板和抗砸结构等部件的设计;在箕斗斗箱和斗箱加强肋理论分析的基础上,采用ANSYS软件完成了箕斗斗箱的静力学和动力学分析;通过优化分析,得到了箕斗的最优结构,如斗箱壁厚40 mm,加强肋间距720 mm,改进了箕斗中的易损结构,包括箕斗下滚轮罐耳安装位置、扇形闸门的缓冲装置、抗砸结构、滞煤清理结构等。
Selected 50 t mine large capacity bucket as the research object, according to the short service life, low safety and high maintenance cost in the long time use, designed the structure and analysis; completed the design of skips, strengthening device, floor and anti drop structure parts;completed the skips the statics and dynamics analysis by ANSYS software based on the theory analysis to the skips and bucket box stiffener; through the optimization analysis, got the optimal structure, such as the wall thickness of bucket box was 40 mm, the spacing of strengthen reinforcement was 720 mm,improved the skip of vulnerable structures, including the installation position of skip roller cage ears,fan gate buffer device, anti drop structure, stagnation of coal cleaning structure.
