刀具对高精度孔表面质量的研究

摘要 为研究钻削加工过程中不同刀具对小孔径高精度孔表面质量的影响,结合工艺研究优化方案,选用枪钻和麻花钻2种刀具类型,运用Abaqus有限元仿真软件在相同的边界条件及参数下,建立小孔径高精度孔的加工模型,并对加工过程进行模拟仿真。结果表明,相对麻花钻而言,枪钻切削力、表面粗糙度、圆柱度误差较小,尺寸精度较高。 In order to research the influence of different cutters on surface quality of small aperture and high precision hole during drilling, the finite element simulation software Abaqus was used to simulate under the same boundary conditions and parameters. Machining model of the small aperture and high precision hole were established and twist drill and gun drill were selected combined prioritization scheme of technological study. The simulation results showed that the cutting force、surface roughness and cylindricality error of gun drill were smaller, dimensional precision of gun drill was higher compared with twist drill.
