摘要
传动轴花键长达到130 mm,长花键轴挤压齿向误差影响装配精度,易出现批量废品。齿向超差主要受模具入口结构参数影响,研究模具入口结构参数对影响齿向精度的规律有重要的意义,可主动控制模具制造精度以达到提高齿向精度的目的。以传动轴花键挤压为例,通过模拟仿真和实际挤压实验优化研究模具入口端结构参数,找到入口端圆角大小变化和圆角不均匀程度变化对齿向精度的影响规律,为提高长花键轴挤压齿向误差控制提供了理论依据。
