摘要
卧底式自移装置可实现薄煤层工作面刮板输送机机头/尾部的快速移动,活动支撑架是自移装置的重要部件,工作时受到弯扭矩和冲击力较大,承受载荷复杂,其强度对自移装置工作性能和可靠性有很大影响。通过对某型刮板输送机自移装置的力学分析及有限元强度分析,得到了上活动架、销轴、下活动架在危险工况下受力和应力分布,提出非悬臂式动力部安装方式来改善支撑架的受力状况,从而提高自移装置的性能及可靠性。
The dinting self-moving device can rapidly move the scraper conveyor's head and tail on the thin coal seam mining face. The support frame is the important part of the self-moving device,bears complex load, and its strength has great effect on the reliability of the self-moving device. the mechanical analysis and finite element analysis were made to the support frame, and the stress nephogram of the upper frame, pin shaft and under frame were obtained. It is put forward to improve performance and reliability of the self-moving device by using the un-cantilever erection of the driving part.
