摘要
运用Pro/E软件建立齿轮的三维模型,将模型导入ADAMS中,建立驱动、约束和接触,得到齿轮传动机构的虚拟样机模型。对齿轮轴进行参数化建模,模拟出齿轮轴磨损的状况。通过仿真得出参数下的齿轮最大允许磨损量,为以后研究其他机构磨损可靠性时最大允许磨损量的确定提供了参考。
Using Pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional model of gear, importing it into ADAMS to establish a drive, restraint and contact and getting a virtual prototype model of gear transmission mechanism. The paper successfully simulated the wear condition of the gear shaft by parametric modeling. The maximum allowable amount of wear was obtained by simulation, providing reference for the study of other institutions to determine the maximum allowable amount of wear about reliability.
