摘要
针对薄煤层开采工艺,采用CAN-bus通信技术,研制和开发了全自动刨煤机组电控系统。阐述了系统总体结构设计、系统硬件设计、系统软件设计及系统的通信协议设计,给出了系统网络拓扑结构、软件流程、通讯协议。硬件系统有防爆兼本质安全型工控机、中央控制器、语音闭锁系统、液压支架电控系统和工作面辅助控制系统等设备,电控系统软件编程主要采用C++语言和组态软件等。
For the thin seam mining technology, using CAN bus communication technology, the electronic control system of full-automatic plow has been developed. The study was elaborated about the overall structure, hardware, software and communicating protocol design of the electronic control system, and gives the system network topology, software processes, communication protocols.?Hardware system consists of explosion-proof and intrinsiclly safe IPC, the central controller, voice communication system,supports electro-hydraulic control system and so on. Programming software using Kingview, C++, etc..
