摘要
轧辊磨床头尾架作为轧辊工件的直接支撑体,其中尾架作为可移动结构,其在床身上的定位以及固定的稳定性对于轧辊工件的支撑和定位有着直接而重要的影响。以型号40 t轧辊顶磨磨床头架为基础,采用理论计算并结合有限元分析的手段,对原有结构进行改进,将载荷提升为100 t。为相关结构的改造和优化提供理论依据和经验。
The headstock and tailstock is the important support structure of roll. The fixation stability of tailstock which is a removable structure on the lathe bed has an important influence on the accuracy of roll positioning. A certain 40 t roll grinder tailstock is regarded as the optimization object, the theoretical calculation and FEM is used to improve the load from 40 t to 100 t, which provides convincing bases for structural optimization and amelioration of related areas.
