单轨吊起吊链条的选型与有限元分析

Selection and Finite Element Analysis of Lifting Chain

主要介绍了应用于单轨吊8 t起吊梁的链条选型,运用Solidworks绘制圆环链三维模型,运用Solidworks/Simulation对圆环链进行静力拉伸有限元分析,校验了所选链条安全系数。有限元分析结果表明:圆环链在圆环过渡区和圆环直角边的内侧应力较集中,容易发生破坏。

Mainly introduces the specification selection of chain size used in the 8 t lifting beam,and use Solidworks to draw the 3D model,Solidworks/Simulation was used for finite element analysis of static tension for the ring chain and used to check whether the safety factor of the selected ring chain meets the requirements.The finite element analysis results show that the ring chain is easily damaged in the ring transition zone and the inside of right angle side where the stress is concentrated.
