美国最新高危型人乳头状瘤病毒检测用于宫颈癌初筛指南介绍被引量：2

摘要继2011年ACS(American Cancer Society,ACS)、ASCCP(American Society of Colposcopy and Cervica I Pathology,ASCCP)、ASCP(American Society of Clinical Pathology,ASCP)对宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查指南公布后,随着几项大型临床研究数据的发表,支持hr HPV检测用于初筛的证据越来越多。特别是在美国本土的一项前瞻性研究"满足高级别HPV诊断需求(Addressing the Need for Advanced HPV Diagnostics,ATHENA)"试验,揭示hr HPV检测用于初筛在单轮筛查中对于CIN2、CIN3的敏感性优于单独细胞学筛查,并明确提出对hr HPV阳性女性分流的策略。本文旨在对美国最新hr HPV检测用于宫颈癌初筛指南的新建议及相关证据进行介绍,同时提出对过渡期指南临床应用时带来的问题包括hr HPV取样的质量控制以及可能存在不同于HPV致癌的其他肿瘤发生途径等临床研究的必要性。
