The Influence of Population Aging to the Wuhan Pension Insurance Fund

截至2014年底,武汉市60周岁以上老龄人口达156.01万,占总人口的18.86%,远远超过了10%的国际标准,这意味着,武汉市人口老龄化程度加剧。而人口学的研究和社会实践表明,社会经济的发展和人口的发展有着密切的联系。当前人口老龄化的不断发展正在给社会经济的发展带来巨大的压力,因此从人口发展趋势看经济发展,就能得到更宏观更长远的经济发展趋势。从武汉市的人口发展趋势着手,分析在人口老龄化加剧的背景下,武汉市养老保险基金面临的资金压力,并提出了相应的解决建议。

By the end of 2014, there are more than 1.5601 million people who are over the age of 60, it means that the aged tendency of the population has become more and more apparent in wuhan. There is a close relation between the development of the economic and the population. The aging population puts enormous pres- sure on the economic development. In this thesis, I intend to study several problems about the trend of popula- tion development in wuhan, and the influence of population aging to the wuhan pension insurance fund.
