摘要
采用超效率DEA模型测算了2007-2013年中国两型社会试验区各城市生态效率值,测度结果表明长株潭城市群生态效率值略优于武汉城市圈。随后,运用Malmquist指数法对试验区生态效率进行了动态对比分析,结果表明影响两试验区生态效率动态变化的因素不同,但生态效率的增长动力均主要来自于技术进步。在此基础上建立面板数据回归模型,分析了试验区城镇化水平与生态效率的关系,实证结果显示,两个试验区城镇化水平与生态效率呈U型曲线关系,且均已进入U型曲线的上升阶段。同时,产业结构、科技投入、开放程度是影响生态效率的重要因素,但各因素对两个试验区生态效率的影响存在差异。
This paper measures the eco-efficiency of the two-oriented society from 2007 to 2013by using the Super-efficiency DEA,the results indicate the eco-efficiency of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomerations is slightly better than that of the Wuhan city circle.Then make the dynamic analysis from 2007 to 2013by using the Malmquist index models,the results showed that the technical progress is the major power to promote the growth rate of eco-efficiency.Based on the measured eco-efficiency value,this paper studies the relationship between urbanization and urbanization by establishing the panel regression model.The empirical study shows there is a U-shaped relationship between urbanization level and urbanization,and both are in the rising stage of the U-shaped curve.However,the urbanization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration promote the level of the eco-efficiency more than that of the Wuhan city circle.Industrial structure,investment in science,technology and opening up influence the eco-efficiency of urbanization in different ways.
