智能生产与服务网络条件下产业创新平台存在形式研究

Research on the New Form of Industry Innovation Platform under the System of Intelligent Production and Service Network

新常态下,传统产业创新平台创新动力不足、成果转化效率低等问题日趋严重。针对这一问题,研究了智能生产与服务网络体系下产业创新平台新的构成形式、参与主体、职能分配。通过构建平台功能框架,界定各参与主体职能范围与合作路径,提出平台领导权分配思路。通过平台业务流程实现无形资产到有形成果转化的目标,并优化业务流程的智能与服务化控制,可为构建产业创新平台,促进经济发展提供借鉴。

In the environment of the new normal,the power of the traditional industry innovation platform becomes weak and the efficiency is increasingly serious.In order to solve the problem,this paper mainly studies the new form,participants and function distribution of industry innovation platform under the system of intelligent production and service network.By building aplatform function frame to define participants’ function scope and cooperating path.Also this paper puts forward some ideas of the allocation of decision-making authority.the transformation of intangible assets to tangible achievements can be true by using business process of the platform and then studied the intelligent control of business process.Based on the studies in this paper,we provide guidance for promoting economic development by building industry innovation platform.
