空间嵌入下资源型企业绿色行为演化研究——以湖北兴发集团为例

Research on the Evolution of Green Behaviour for Resource-based Enterprises under the Spatial Embeddedness——Taking Hubei Xingfa Group as a Case

基于空间嵌入理论,以兴发集团绿色行为发展历程为案例,系统探讨了空间嵌入下资源型企业绿色行为演化过程和演化机制。研究表明:在特定的空间嵌入影响下,企业绿色行为演化经历了一个线性变化过程,即早期的经济空间嵌入导致企业采取简单、粗放式末端治理,之后的环境空间嵌入促使企业进行系统、集中式末端治理,此后的技术空间嵌入使得企业成功形成合作、创新的循环经济。形塑资源型企业绿色行为演化的空间嵌入动态过程,是围绕企业发展与环境保护、资源开发矛盾的形成、发展和消解而逐步展开的。其中,环境空间嵌入对该矛盾起激化作用,因此是空间嵌入动态过程以及企业绿色行为演化中的关键转折性环节。

Taking the process of the development of Xingfa Group’s green behaviour as a case to study,a dynamic process of the spatial embeddedness shaping the evolution of resource-based enterprise’s green behavior was systematically discussed on the base of the spatial embeddedness theory.The results show that under the influence of the spatial embeddedness,the evolution of enterprise’s green behavior has had a three stages linear change process,that is,the simple and extensive endof-pipe treatment conducted by enterprise for the early economic spatial embeddedness,and then the systematic and centralized end-of-pipe control adopted by enterprise for the environmental spatial embeddedness,at the end the cooperative and innovative circular economy carried out by enterprise successfully for the technological spatial embeddedness.The dynamic process of the spatial embeddedness shaping the evolution of resource-based enterprise’s green behavior revolves around the formation,development and dissolving of the contradiction between enterprise’s development and environment-resources.Moreover,the environmental spatial embeddedness is a key transforming link in the dynamic process of the spatial embeddedness and evolution of enterprise’s green behavior for its intensified effect on the contradiction between enterprise’s development and resources-environment.
