服务创新管理研究前沿与热点知识图谱分析 被引量:19

摘要 应用共词共引方法,利用信息可视化软件CiteSpaceⅢ,对ISI"web of science"数据库中有关服务创新管理的文献数据进行网络图谱分析。结果显示,服务创新管理研究与技术创新、管理创新以及营销学研究更加融合;基于新兴IT技术的发展及应用,高技术服务创新是服务创新管理研究的主要领域;高技术服务创新的组织形式更多地表现为合作网络与平台化趋势,其中,制造业服务化、服务创新与技术创新融合、商业模式转型、动态能力以及创新绩效量化研究等主题备受关注。 In the era of service economy,study of service innovation management has gained momentum.Based on co-word and co-citation method,this paper analyzes the research fronts and hotspots of service innovation management with the documentations from ISI " web of science" database using information visualization software CiteSpace Ⅲ.The results shows that study of service innovation management have been deeply integrated with technological innovation,management innovation and marketing innovation.With the development and applications of emerging IT technology,the high-tech service innovation is an important area of service innovation management research.High-tech services innovation organization presents the feature of cooperative network and platform,follow with many interesting topics as manufacturing industry servitization,the convergence of service innovation and technological innovation,business model transformation,dynamic capabilities and quantitative research of innovation performance.
