摘要
利用叶绿素荧光仪对化学诱变剂乙酰甲基磺酸(EMS)诱变的野生型拟南芥(Col-0生态型)F2代幼苗进行叶绿素荧光突变体筛选,获得了一株低光合效率突变体lpe1(low photosynthetic efficiency 1).遗传分析结果表明,lpe1是一个单基因隐性突变体.在生长发育的各个时期,lpe1叶片的叶绿素荧光值、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量和总蛋白含量明显低于野生型.
The F2 population mutagenized by ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)was screened by the chloroplast fluorescence imager and a low photosynthetic efficiency mutant lpe1 was screened in Arabidopsis thaliana(ecotype Col-0).Results of genetic analysis and physiological experiments showed that lpe1 is a single gene recessive mutant.Chlorophyll fluorescence,chlorophyll content,total protein content and starch content of lpe1 leaves were lower than those of the wild type at different growth stages.
