期刊学术引文不规范现象的成因探析与应对方略

Investigation into Problems about the Criteria for Citations from Academic Journal Papers and Their Causes

在期刊学术论文中,引文使用存在着诸多不规范的现象。这些现象产生的内在机理包括:不严谨的学术态度;引文价值观念的偏离;学术研究本身的异化;引用者的思维定势;视觉阅读和传递中的"能量"递减效应。规避引文错误,防止引文不规范现象出现的有效方略是:在理念上要树立科学求真的精神;在版本上要力求使用原始版本;在方法上要采用读校法和互校法;在认知上要秉持审慎怀疑的态度。

In academic journal papers,there are a lot of abnormalities in the use of citations,which are not only a technical problem of mere form to be further formulated and perfected,but a theoretical one that urgently needs to be deeply elucidated and grasped in understanding the criteria of making use of citations as well.However,most of the current papers focus on technical research on citation norms while theoretical discussion runs short.It is,therefore,of enormous importance to theoretically interpret and deeply investigate into those problems in understanding related to citation norms such as：why are academic papers in need of citations;what is exactly the purpose of a citation;whether or not academic papers can do without citations;and what is the reason for the frequent errors of citation in academic papers,and so on and so forth.
