摘要
针对油箱密封盖制品材料为醚酯型热塑弹性体(TEEE),制品有倒扣、不能正常出模的问题,在产品成型、顶出到产品脱落过程中,利用模具的多组动作,将产品弹性变形由成型形状变为使用形状,实现了自动脱模,满足自动化生产的要求。为便于成型部位的加工,模具采用合理的镶拼结构。因产品壁厚差异较大,在模板及凸模上设计了较多的冷却水道,保证了产品的成型质量,提高了精度和生产效率。
The inject part of fuel tank sealing covers made from ether ester type thermoplastic elastomer (TEEE) had a torque structure and was difficult to be demolded. In order to achieve easy demolding, a reasonable spell structure was designed and multiple movement was adopted in the mold. Due to the large difference in wall thickness, more cooling waterway was designed in the template and core, which ensured the accuracy and production efficiency of the product.
