HPLC-MS/MS同时测定猪肉中7种β-受体激动剂残留

Determination of seven β-agonists residues in pork by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

建立了一种同时测定猪肉中7种β-受体激动剂残留量的高效液相色谱串联质谱（HPLC-MS／MS）检测方法。该方法7种β-受体激动刑在0．3125～10μg／kg浓度范围内线性良好，定量限均为0．3125μg／kg，平均回收率为73．2％～92．4％，变异系数在5．9％～12．8％之间。操作方法简单、准确、灵敏度高，可用于猪肉中β-受体激动刑动刑残留的检测确证。

A method was set up for the determination of seven β - agonists residues in pork by high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry （ HPLC - MS/MS）. The method showed that the seven β - agonists had good linearity in the range from 0. 3125μg/kg to 10μg/kg. The limit quantitations of all β- agonists were 0. 3125μg/kg. The average recovery ratio varied from 73.2% to 92.4%. And the variance coefficient was between 5.9% and 12.8%. The method was simple and of high accuracy and sensitivity. It could be used for determination of β -agonists residues in pork.
