国产骨肉分离机产能从200kg/h发展到3 500kg/h,有些机型技术先进,性能稳定,设备性能和肉糜质量达到了世界先进水平。尤其以高转速骨肉分离机为代表的先进骨肉分离设备,配用鸡脖分离专用滤网,加工的鸡脖肉糜品质极佳,无骨渣,肉质结构好,可以在相关产品中作为主料使用。未来骨肉分离设备将向专业化、产品高品质、低维护、成套化方向发展;骨肉分离机市场向两极化发展。
The capacity of domestic deboning machine developed from 200 kg/h to 3 500 kg/h now. Some models were of advanced technology and stable performance. The equipment performance and meat quality had reached the international advanced level. Advanced deboning machines represented by high speed deboning machine were equipped with advanced special mesh for separating chicken neck. The processed chicken neck mince was of good quality and no bone residue. The mince had good structure and could be used as main material in the related products. The deboning equipments would develop to- wards professionalization, high quality, low maintenance and set design. Deboning machine market would polarize.
