高校学生学习型党支部建设探讨

高校学生党支部是党的基层组织之一，担负着学生党员培养和教育的重要责任。分析了高校学生党支部建设过程中存在的党员思想精神懈怠、党员理论素养不高、支部文化特色不突显等问题，提出在新形势下加强高校学生学习型党支部建设，急需以“三型”党组织建设为契机，通过“融化”教育实践，加强对党员的连续教育力度，增强其理论素养培育，发挥支部特色文化育人功能，以进一步加强学生党支部建设，促进高校党建工作的发展。

Problems in the construction of the Party organization of student learning in universities such as the slack thought of Party members, low theoretical level and unsatisfactory organiza- tion cultural characteristics etc. , are analyzed. It is proposed that the construction of the ＂Three type＂ Party organization involves integrated education practice, the continuous education of Party members, the cultivation of their theo- retical quality, and the construction of student Party organizations so that suengthened and the development of Party building work in universities can be improved.
