食堂食品安全是大学生们关注的日常生活焦点问题。针对某高校目前的食堂食品安全现状，分析了产生食品安全问题的原因，从供应、库存管理等物流角度和卫生、质量、价格等方面探讨了保障高校食堂食品安全的策略。

At present, canteen food safety is the concern of college students. In view of canteen food safety situa- tion at a certain university, a brief analysis of the causes of food safety problem is made, and in-depth discussions and dialectical thinking over food safety problem are conducted. A research report on university canteen food safety in health, quality and price is completed from a logistic perspective of supply,inventory and management.
