农村公共物品供给:研究综述

Public Goods Supply in Rural Areas:literature Review

本文从农村公共物品供给制度、农村公共物品供给状况、国外农村公共物品供给经验、农村公共物品供给对策四个方面对现有研究进行了总结和评论。现有研究为农村公共物品供给实践提供了参考。在研究方法上,未来可以继续扩大调查样本量和覆盖面。在研究内容上,未来应加强乡村治理创新实践、农村公共服务中心运行机制、农村特殊群体公共服务供给、村干部选拔任用机制、政府购买公共物品规范等方面的研究。

This paper summarizes and reviews the existing research from four aspects:the system,the situation,the foreign experience and the countermeasure of public goods supply in rural areas.The existing research provides a reference for the practice.In the future,we can try to research base on big data and strengthen the research on the rural governance innovation,the operating mechanism of rural public service center,the public service for the special group,the selection and appointment mechanism of the village cadres and the standard of the government purchase public goods.
