The Evolution of Decision-making to Develop Mixed Ownership Economy

发展混合所有制经济的决策演进经历了三个阶段:从中共十一届三中全会至十四大期间,我们党提出和发展了多种经济成分共同发展的理论与政策;从中共十五大至十七大期间,我们党提出和发展了发展混合所有制经济的理论与政策;中共十八大以来,我们党在混合所有制经济概念、理论和政策等多个方面实现了重大完善与突破创新。发展混合所有制经济的战略意图是坚持和完善公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,推进公有制经济和非公有制经济在社会主义市场经济体制中共同发展、相互融合。

The evolution of decision-making to develop mixed ownership economy had experienced three phases:from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC to the 14 th National Congress of the CPC,our Party had put forward and developed the theory and policy of the common development of multiple economic elements;from the15 th National Congress of the CPC to the 17 th National Congress of the CPC,our Party had put forward and developed the theory and policy to develop mixed ownership economy;since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC our Party have achieved significant improvement and breakthrough in the fields of mixed ownership economy concept,theory and policy and so on.The strategic intention to develop mixed ownership economy is to adhere to and improve the basic economic system with the public ownership as the main body and the common development of a variety of ownership economy,promoted the public ownership economy and non-public ownership economy to co-develop and interfuse in the socialist market economy.
