党外知识分子工作是统一战线的基础性、战略性工作。知识分子的人心向背,是中国革命、建设和改革事业成败的重要条件之一。目前,我国党外知识分子队伍组成更加多样,做好党外知识分子工作需要针对不同特点分类实施,重点做好"新三种人"的工作。做党外知识分子的工作,要多一点尊重,多一点包容。
