摘要
使用以太网作为工业现场总线,分别设计并实现了3种以太网监测方案.第一,把W5100以太扩展模块作为Web服务器,通过HTTP协议向浏览器直接推送数据;第二,把W5100以太扩展模块作为客户端,经Yeelink物联网服务器间接向浏览器推送数据;第三,把运行LabView的机载个人PC或工作站作为服务器,由W5100以太扩展模块经该机载电脑间接向远程控制端推送数据.用以太网作为工业现场总线应用于工程机械监测系统,既可以大幅提高数据传输速度和缩短距离,也可以带来工业现场总线的统一,还可以极大地降低成本,相关成果具有一定的创新性以及很好的市场推广价值.
On the basis of applying Ethernet as the industry field bus, three kinds of monitoring schemes are designed and achieved. Firstly, it includes using W5100, the extension module of Ethernet, as the web server and transmits data to internet browser through HTTP protocol. Secondly, it uses W5100 as the client to transmit data to internet browser through Yeelink, an internet of things server indirectly. Thirdly, it uses W5100 through a PC or computer workstation which operates LabView as the server. Using Ethernet as the industry field bus can not only enhance the data transmitting speed, diminish the distance, but also unify industry field bus and reduce the cost.
