摘要 研究PAEs对四角蛤蜊毒性和免疫的影响.96h的急性毒理试验表明,在助溶剂Tween 20的安全质量浓度范围内,随着DMP,DEP和DBP水平的升高,蛤蜊存活率呈下降趋势,而安全质量浓度随PAEs碳链的增加而下降;DMP,DEP和DBP分别处理蛤蜊96h,短期内蛤蜊免疫力显著提高,30d的慢性毒理试验表明,长期使用PAEs可引起蛤蜊免疫力下降. The experiments were designed to determine the effects of PAEs on the toxicity and immunity of Mactra veneriforrnis. The results of acute toxicity test for 96 h indicated that within the safety concentration of co-solvent Tween 20, the survival rate of M. veneriforrnis exhibited decreased trend with the increase of DMP, DEP and DBP levels. The safety concentration of M. veneriforrnis to DMP, DEP and DBP decreased with the increase of PAEs carbon chain. The results of respiratory burst in haemocytes of M. veneriforrnis under safety concentration of DMP, DEP and DBP for 96 h indicated that the immune capacity of M. veneriforrnis could increase significantly in short terms. The result of chronic toxicity test for 30 d indicated that the immune capacity of M. veneriforrnis could decrease in long terms.
