The paper briefly introduces the technical method of constructing the curtain grouting in the dam foundation of the Second Fenhe Reservoir. After finishing the grouting works and comparing the seepage quantity after grouting with the quantity before grouting,it indicates that the former value has decreased by 90.2%compared with the latter value,therefore,the effect of grouting is good,and the design target has been reached.
