混凝土高温处理后的力学性能试验研究

摘要 文中选取强度等级为C40的混凝土为研究对象,经过计算和试配最终确定混凝土配合比,并研究分析混凝土试件在正常温度和高温处理后的抗压强度、劈拉强度、轴压强度及弹性模量。结果表明:正常温度条件下试件可以满足实际工程所要求的力学性能;而在不同温度高温处理后自然冷却至常温时,混凝土的力学性能均有一定程度的降低,且作用温度越高,降低幅度越大。 This paper selects the concrete strength rank for C40 as the research object,Through calculating and matching, the mix proportion of concrete finally can be got, and this paper analyzes compressive strength, splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete under the condition of normal temperature and different high temperature treatments. Research shows that the mechanical properties of concrete can satisfy the requirements of project under the condition of normal temperature; when concrete samples cooled down to room temperature after different high temperature treatments,the mechanical properties of concrete reduced to a certain degrees, and the higher the temperature,the greater the reduction.
