法国建设世界一流大学的战略及实践——以巴黎-萨克雷大学为例

Strategies for and Practices of Building World-Class Universities in France:Paris-Saclay University as an Example

上世纪90年代末以来,世界各国兴起了创建世界一流大学的热潮。法国也在应对全球化挑战并摆脱自身发展困境过程中对高等教育实施了突破性的重大改革,探索着建设世界一流大学的法国模式。本文以巴黎-萨克雷大学为典型案例,阐述该校建设世界一流大学的改革背景、发展历程、战略规划及实践成效,及其基于"卓越大学计划"模式的治理结构、多学科跨机构的开放型人才培养体系以及"产学研"紧密结合的协同创新平台。

In the late 1990s, with the global trend in creating world-class universities, France imple- mented a breakthrough major reform in higher education and explored the French model of creating world-class universities, in order to address globalization challenges and the plight of universities. With Paris-Saclay University as a typical case, this paper explained the background of the reform, the course of development, strategic planning and practice of building world-class universities in France, together with France＇s IDEX-based mode of governance, multidisciplinary and interagency training system, and open, collaborative innovation platform.
