In recent years, many obstetric doctors focus on the perinatal death. We investigated the factors of perinatal death and related effects to establish effective intervention measures, which could provide scientific basis for clinical guidance. Therefore, carrying out health education, preparing the ＂tertiary prevention＂ of birth disfigurement, enhancing perinatal health man- agment is very important to reduce perinatal mortality.
