摘要 传统的烟气检测气体分析仪采用的是红外光谱吸收法,具有仪器结构复杂、需要单独的冷凝装置、测量气体单一的缺点;基于紫外差分吸收光谱法的气体分析,结构简单,能同时测量多种气体的浓度,具有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS),并以聚光科技(杭州)股份有限公司的OMA-2000型气体分析仪为实验器材,研究NO气体对紫外光谱的吸收特性,并对紫外差分气体浓度的算法进行分析,对实验结果分析得出紫外差分吸收光谱(DOAS)法比传统的红外光谱吸收法,在废气检测中具有更强的实用性。 Conventional gas analyzer for gas detector uses the infrared absorption method; it has the disadvantage of complex structure of instrument, requiring a separate condensing device and single kind of gas measurement. The structure of gas analysis based on UV absorption spectroscopy and differential method is simple, and can simultaneously measure the concentration of various gases, it has broad application prospects. This article describes the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) amt uses the OMA-2000 gas analyzer of Focused Photonics Inc. as the test equipment to research the ultraviolet spectrum absorption properties from NO gas, and analyzes the algorithm of UV difference gas concentration, the experimental results show that the UV differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) method has strong utility in gas detection than the traditional IR absorption method.
