摘要
为解决电机故障检测率低导致故障不能被工作人员及时发现和处理的问题,提出了一种新的电机故障诊断和预警方法,该方法包括收集自体集合、生成检测器、故障检测、故障预警四个过程。通过实验分析,验证了本文提出的故障诊断和预警方法能够很好地解决电机故障诊断率低时故障处理延迟的问题,更好地服务工厂生产。
To solve the problem that the motor workers cannot find and handle problems in time because of the low motor fault detection rate, this paper proposes a new method of motor fault diagnosing and warning. The method includes collection of autologous set, detectors generating, fault detection and fault warning. Verified by experimental analysis, this method is able to solve the problem of fault processing delay with low motor fault diagnosis rate, and better service is made for factory production.
