The paper introduces the background and necessity of the enterprise service cloud platform, describes the construction of the platform in Sci-Tech park in details. Through the researching, the business requirements for enterprise service cloud platform in Sci-Tech park is understood. Finally, it proposes a management level cloud platform for enterprise service in Sci-Tech park that including basic cloud storage system, enterprise desktop cloud system and enterprise business cloud system.
